The Sun and Earth provide us with all the resources that we need to live. It provides us with the food that we eat, the air that we breathe and the water that we drink. It also provides us with the space and materials that we use to build our towns and cities. Some of these resources will not run out, but some are in limited supply and we need to be careful how we use them if we want them to last beyond our lifetime.
Permission has been grated for a small settlement to be placed on your island, providing that it uses resources in a sustainable manner. Your task is to research sustainable and non-sustainable resources, and consider how you will power your settlement.
